Marcus Reynolds has spent more than two decades navigating the Washington D.C. real estate market, first as an independent developer and later as founder of Reynolds Property Group, where he oversaw the acquisition and renovation of residential and mixed-use assets across the District. Marcus also sits on the advisory board of a regional community bank, where he helps guide lending decisions for local development projects.
Marcus brings this hands-on experience in acquisition, finance, and development to Brightstone Consulting, where he sets the strategic direction for both the Capital and Development divisions and stays closely involved in underwriting every major deal.

Elena Cortez has built her career across the private, public, and non-profit sides of real estate development, with a particular focus on complex urban markets. Before joining Brightstone, she founded a boutique advisory practice that guided institutional clients through zoning, financing, and community engagement on large-scale D.C. projects.
Elena joins Brightstone Consulting as COO, leading day-to-day operations and serving as the team's primary resource on D.C. market conditions.

Daniel Osei is a licensed CPA with more than thirty years of experience serving as CFO to real estate and finance companies throughout the D.C. metropolitan area. Prior to Brightstone, he founded a private lending firm focused on preferred equity and mezzanine debt for growth-stage real estate projects, financing tens of millions of dollars in transactions over more than a decade.
Daniel joins Brightstone Capital as CFO and investment principal, overseeing underwriting and portfolio strategy.
